I restored the code because it got lost as I was fixing the space race stats.
1.When the cat or dog stops moving, their final pawprint textures are made to be just under their visible paw locations (though the positions are fractions of a pixel offset randomly for some reason, it barely if not at all noticable though). 2.Halved the frequency of footprints for both cats and dogs.
