Echo book build warning in summary

It would be nice if you could echo the book-build warnings to the summary, for example these:

at https://github.com/TeachBooks/Macaulays_method/actions/runs/8800322111/job/24151269724#step:6:60

These warning should be clearly visible for users but are not burried in the workflow logs
