Not enough Lumen for new anchor

I have sent 15 xlm to the wallet. But still get message "Not enough Lumen for new anchor"

The problem here seems to be that the "new" base reserve value of 0.5 XLM is not implemented.
I think centaurus uses 10 XLM as base reserve.
Therefor the minimum account balance is calculated wrong.
