plugin notices still getting the old version

It's probably the Updater module version, I think we didn't increment it after the pull request was merged. I did that in commit 56a8903 by running npm run version.

The new version number will make sure that when there are multiple plugins with the Updater module, its newest version will get loaded.

About the link in the notification, it looks like a PHP warning inside the link. Can you inspect the HTML in the browser dev console and see what the warning says (and if possible fix the cause)?
