fix(start-plugin-core): retry failed prerender pages - #8743
maricastroc wants to merge 4 commits into
Conversation
A retry re-entered `addCrawlPageTask`, which returned early because the page was already in `seen`, so a page that failed once was dropped without being retried or rethrown, even with `failOnError` enabled. Retry by queueing the same page render again with the next attempt count, and drop the per-path retry map it superseded.

…ries With `failOnError` enabled, a page that kept failing threw inside its queue task, whose rejection nothing observed, so `prerender` resolved and the error surfaced only as an unhandled rejection. Record the error instead and reject once the queue settles.
Once a page fails with `failOnError`, skip the tasks that start after it instead of prerendering every remaining page before rejecting, so the build fails as soon as the error is known.

Addressed in 1b4164e: retries are now queued with |
prerender.retryCountnever retried anything. The retry path calledaddCrawlPageTask(page)again, which returns early because the page is already inseen:So a page that failed once was neither retried nor rethrown. With
