Names the repository-specific config objects in the root eslint.config.js under tanstack/query:

Before	After	Applies to
tanstack/temp	tanstack/query	all files
tanstack/jsdoc	tanstack/query/jsdoc	non-test source files
(unnamed)	tanstack/query/vitest	test files

The objects stay separate because they target different files, so each keeps its own name under the shared tanstack/query prefix. Their order and rules don't change.
