Daily Plan pronunciation task never completes after recording /θ/

Summary

The Daily Plan pronunciation task does not appear to complete or update progress even after the target pronunciation has been practiced and recorded repeatedly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Today / Daily Plan.
2. A weak-item task appears as thin / sin · 3 min.
3. Click Continue today's practice.
4. On the Pronunciation page, select the voiceless /θ/ sound and practice/record the target word (for example, think) multiple times.
5. The pronunciation page records the attempts and marks /θ/ as recorded.
6. Return to the Dashboard.

Actual result

• Dashboard still shows 0 / 4 practices.
• Remaining time stays at 17 min.
• The thin / sin · 3 min task remains pending.
• Repeating the recording does not change the Daily Plan progress.
• Refreshing/re-entering the pronunciation page may return to another default pair such as ship / sheep, while the /θ/ recording remains saved.

Expected result

After completing the pronunciation task for the Daily Plan target, the task should be marked complete and the Dashboard progress should update (for example, from 0/4 to 1/4).
