Timeout Issues

Freshmen have had an issue where they take a really long time to fill out the written portion of the packet, and then as they hit submit they must sign in again and their progress is lost. I don't know if this is a fixable issue, but someone complained about it so I thought it was worth noting.

Sounds like an issue with how webauth is designed to work, but can be fixed by saving their progress to local storage and restoring when they return to the page.

Currently the sessions expire either after an hour of inactivity or after a day of the last time they signed in. It's unrelated to webauth and can be changed if people think that it's currently not ideal.
