[Feature Request]: Host REST API server

Description

A checkbox in settings that will turn on a REST API server. Could be useful in making custom plugins or external apps.

The API could provide:

• Get image data
• Get image
• Search image
• Get tags list
• Change image data
• Delete image
• ?Add image

I have considered building something like this as a different frontend, however haven't done so yet for two reasons: A) the project is still changing too much to justify designing an API for it and B) the frontend and backend code are still too entangled to not make this a pain imo.

Definitely something I could see in the future though and an API is also on the roadmap along with a plugin system.
