[Bug]: PR4 cannot open libraries made in PR1.

Description

Trying to open any of the libraries I had converted to SQL via the v9.5.0 Pre-Release 1 build throws an error pop-up that says "OperationalError".

(I am not sure about the relevance of the SQL conversion to the bug, so I mention it to be safe)

Of note, downgrading to Pre-Release 4 allows me to open the afformentioned libraries just fine.

Expected Behavior

The libraries should open just fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a create a library, or convert on to SQL in v.9.5.0 PR1.
2. Try to open it in v.9.5.0 PR4, it fails.
