open_library_from_dialog defaults to Path(".") if no directory is selected or the cancel button is pressed

QFileDialog.getExistingDirectory returns "" if nothing is selected or the dialog is canceled, the Path wrapping interprets this as Path(".")

moving the path wrapper to the open_library call should resolve this.
