Superseded by #12, merged as 84280dc. ruff is now 0.16.6 on main.

Closing rather than merging because this PR alone left CI red: 0.16.6 enables UP042, which flags EventStatus and DeliveryStatus as (str, Enum). #12 carries the same version bump plus the StrEnum migration that rule requires, so the two land together.

Worth recording why that wasn't just --unsafe-fixes: (str, Enum) and StrEnum differ in __str__ and f-string output, and both enums are persisted to SQLite and returned in API responses. The migration was checked against every one of those paths first — sqlite3 binds a bare enum identically under both forms, and tests/test_detect.py pins the serialized strings ("quarantined", "dropped") against live responses, which is what makes the change verifiably safe rather than merely green.
