Verify: Routine support #10

Description

Verify that routine-related operations work correctly against a real Db2 instance.

Methods to verify

• get_routines — list routines in a schema
• get_routine_parameters — return routine parameters
• get_routine_definition — return the stored routine body

Acceptance criteria

• Routines (procedures, functions) are correctly listed
• Parameters are returned with correct types and directions
• Routine definitions are returned when available
