Expected Behaviour

Variable declared should also be read within lambda context

Current Behavior

Throws reference error when called within lambda.
ERROR : ReferenceError: $<var> is not defined

Steps to Reproduce

1. rps install basic
2. Create a new file.rps
3. copy the below code.

assign 'temp' 123
assign 'v' ($x)=>log $temp

call $v 'dummy'

4. run rps file.rps
