  • now it works that my notebooks can be properly viewed on github
  • drysat_tutorial.ipynb is the main workflow
  • fails.ipynb is the collection of failed attempts (mainly consisting of different attempts to access the ascat data)
  • further I will work on the standards given in the eo-datascience readme file, namely converting to quarto and implementing the contribution
  • As Clay was ill last week I was troubleshooting on my own but we gonna sit down tomorrow so he can further explain to me his function rat.CellFileCollection worsk (I hope I used the description properly?)

As discussed before this notebook should not deal with reading ascat data.
