Early Alpha 1

What does this release do?

• This is an early alpha release before a major refactoring of the code (next release)

Features:

• Take picture (RAW and JPEG with RAW formats)
• Take HDR picture (sequence of pictures and then tools/process_hdr.py is needed to merge the files
• Zoom
• Ruby based ip ping tool (used to test wifi on the picam)
• Get the voltage and current of specific UPS HAT
