Getting Started

After cloning project do this to load the web server

  • npm
    npm install npm@latest -g

Installation

  1. Get a free API Key at https://openweathermap.org/
  2. Clone the repo
    git clone https://github.com/TRKUyen/Use_Public_API_NodeJS.git
  3. Install NPM packages
    npm install
  4. Enter your API in server.js
    const API_KEY = 'ENTER YOUR API';
  5. Run localhost:3000 in server.js open with terminal
    nodemon server.js
