Delete branch 2.3-TDP and use 2.3.5-TDP to replace it

No need to create a PR as I replace a branch. The new branch 2.3.5-TDP is based on 2.3-TDP with added 2 commits for TDP 1.1

• bump spark from 2.3.4-1.0 to 2.3.5-1.0-SNAPSHOT
• bump hadoop dependency to 3.1.4-1.0-SNAPSHOT
