Dev improve docs

Dear @abhi18av,

As discussed on out earlier meetings, I'm compiling all the work on the documentation prior to our discussion today.

Steps done so far:

1. Import the old work from the dev-docs branch
2. Break the readme and acommodate as part of new website pages
3. Update the outputs file with the actual strucutre (I used a recent magma execution to update the outputs files.

As part of the work done so far I present screenshots bellow and also send you a compressed output from the quarto renderoutput.

Please, I would like to hear your thoughts before we proceed with the final push on this work.
