How do we handle overlays?

Travelling from e.g. Maastricht to Amsterdam, there is an overlay in Utrecht. How do we want the NS to respond on availibiliy-request

we've to change the API. A results in the planning-option object should be an array of objects of type 'planning-option'. this should be oneOf: single-leg or multi-leg. The first one can be the current one, the latter should have one fare with multiple single-legs.

this way the api can also be used to communicate between msp - msp (other region)
