Stupid question... how do you load/reload a URL?

Sometimes when I SetActive the object... it isn't loaded. I don't know why....
But if I could say xxx.LoadURL("www.youtube.com"); or xxx.Refresh(), then I could see if anything is logged regarding its issue....?
