Description
At the moment the platemap generated by generate_plate_map.
Adjust it so that it orders the plates by
- file_creation_date (default),
- and if desired, by the existence of a keyword, e.g. virus name. e.g. if wild type, delta, omicron are keywords that are in Plate_Name
