Adds oxlint and oxfmt to the frontend, in place of the ESLint and Prettier setups we never had (
npm run lintstill callednext lint, which Next 16 removed).npm run lint,npm run formatandnpm run format:checkinfrontend/. Build runs lint and the format check before the tests.public/andassets/are skipped.correctnessrules (with the React, Next.js, import and Vitest plugins). The React hooks rules (exhaustive-deps,set-state-in-effect,refs,purity) only warn, so their ~170 existing hits show in CI without blocking it. A few rules that don't fit this code are off:<img>for map tiles, preallocatednew Array(n), and Vitest style rules.Commits:
