移动端 Form

移动端 Form 表单，新增 readonly 属性
trigger、name 属性，复用 pc 端
由于设计稿有调整，mobile react/miniprogram 端移除 contentAlign 属性

补充部分属性
更新小程序端 form 组件 API 文档，并单独处理 Form/FormItem ，确保父子组件 type.ts 独立输出
