Previously, whatever state the planning scene was upon the service start would be used for IK checks. I just updated the getPlanningScene function to get the updated state from the planning scene monitor to effectively sync changes since the service started. Perhaps it makes sense to make the update optional if you know the planning scene hasn't changed? I haven't yet run benchmarks, though, to determine whether it is worth optimizing that.
