Select a particular mode from popup menu, instead of from collapsed menu

In this selection menu, I have no ability to view further info about each of these options.

The user should be able to tap on one of those modes to choose the mode. This also solves Chromebook compatibility issues.

Bonus issues. The app crashes when opening a TIFF above 30-40MB.

The issue is that the default selected TIFF scheme is none, which can inflate the size of a TIFF threefold.

Which makes very large files, causing the OOM errors I think

Consider adding a setting to change the default mode to 'deflate' or something that doesn't try to immediately expand the file size.
