Find alternative for storing thesis PDFs #24
Description
While simplifying storage management, these take up a lot of space (currently 600+ MB).
There is currently no size limit for our free Netlify plan (this may change). The only impact is to build time and the allocated budget (currently 300 minutes /month).
The building process caches these I believe and we usually stay well within our budget.

- Use a central SysBio filesharing location (Box.com is being phased out, maybe there is a Office360 solution)
