Push to master for pre-release v0.4.1
Two reactions (HMR_1572 and HMGCOAtx) were deleted in a previous model update, but after further investigation, it was found that there is not sufficient evidence/reason for their removal. This script will effectively undo their deletion, restoring all of their previous information into the model.

Main improvements in this PR:
Introduces a script,
miscModelCurationScript_20181012.m, which will effectively "undo" the previous deletion of two reactions (HMR_1572 and HMGCOAtx). These reactions were deleted previously as part of themiscModelCurationScript_20180921.mscript, but after further investigation, it was found that there was insufficient evidence/justification for their removal. The script has been written in such a way that the reactions will be re-inserted into their original location (indices) in the model, along with all of their associated information.An additional section is appended to this script for removal of non-standard fields (
rxnKEGGID,rxnEHMNID,rxnBiGGID,rxnHepatoNET1ID,rxnREACTOMEID).I hereby confirm that I have:
