scikit-learn package name changed in pip and is no longer supported, breaking change from pip. Fixing name-

  • Encountered error in pip23.0.1 and pip25.0.1. Error message is that error is not due to pip version, but that sklearn package no longer exists in pypi.

When unzipping input.zip, the output input dir is saved where the command is run.

Currently, running `unzip Data/input.zip` creates a new `input` dir that is not in the Data dir.

Instead run `unzip input.zip`
