chore: reconcile toolchain to latest standard - #25

- scripts/pandoc-md.mts: merge the symlink-safe directory walk (from type-a-bin) into the --eol=lf version, so pnpm workspace links can never loop the markdown discovery while Windows output stays LF - bump ast-grep 0.45.2, biome 2.5.10, jscpd 5.0.16, oxlint 1.80.0, vitest/@vitest/coverage-v8 4.1.11 (npm latest) - hold @types/node at ^26.2.0: 26.4.0 is inside the minimumReleaseAge supply-chain cutoff and would require a policy exclusion
Merge the SKIP_PARTS and symlink guards into a single condition and condense the cycle-avoidance comment; behavior is unchanged.

Summary
scripts/pandoc-md.mts: replacereaddirSync(ROOT, { recursive: true })with an explicit directory walk that never descends intonode_modules/.gitand never follows symlinks. Node's built-in recursive readdir does follow symlinked directories (verified on Node 26), so pnpm workspace dependency links could pull the markdown discovery into cyclic or enormous traversals.@types/nodeat^26.2.0: 26.4.0 falls inside theminimumReleaseAgesupply-chain cutoff and would need a policy exemption.Notes
--eol=lfis kept for pandoc so the byte-for-byte drift check stays LF-stable on Windows.Verification
pnpm build✅pnpm lint✅ (biome, oxlint, ast-grep rules, pandoc md check, peer-deps, audit, jscpd)pnpm test✅ (3 tests, 100% coverage)
