Describe the bug
Password does not support certain special characters only on the desktop app.
Meaning if you go to your server via browser and login you can use every single character known to man but on desktop I could not log in while my password was sULq&vbpL4jbosH7vQjvE6Wcc!otzV^i.
So we either need to notify the user of what can and cannot be used or update the desktop app to support more characters, preferably all.
System information
Sync-in Desktop version: 2
OS: Windows 11
There are no logs available on the incident.
But this is a common problem even large corporations deal with. When using a password manager you come across many special characters that are often just not supported by the chosen solution of companies. This is super infuriating when you want to let your parents use a password manager and it saves the password fine but you can never login with it saying its an invalid password.
Changing the password to password via reset my password is a strategy I often use to test it out.
