Dragging part away from DNA line should free from that line

Should be able to pull a part out of a strand to either a different strand or new strand.

Description of the component definition splitting feature is as follows: When a glyph is dragged outside of the bounds of it's DNA line, a new line will be created for the glyph. If a glyph is dragged outside the bounds of it's DNA line, and it is also within the bounds of a separate DNA line, the glyph will be placed on the DNA line who's bounds it is currently breaching.
