scan for complete plates #11
Description
Would be nice to automatically generate file lists from plates from a monitored parent directory.
Need to know if there's a signal that indicates a plate has complete imaging - i.e if the .thumbs or .db file is created at the end.
If not might be able to generate a marker file from the ImageXpress journal, and the script should watch out for new directories that contain that marker file.
