Svelte Query is an official TanStack Query adapter

Hi all, I just want to make a post here stating that this package has been migrated to the TanStack Query repo. You can install it with npm install @tanstack/svelte-query. We are getting close to releasing v5 too, which will include devtools!

I would like to thank @amen-souissi and @drejohnson for their work on this project, and would appreciate any and all help in the future!

Hi @lachlancollins, awesome news! Curious if you think it would perhaps be a good idea to update this repo's readme with a message directing potential new users to the TanStack repo?
