Continuation of issue #579

I am creating a new issue related to issue #579 as I cannot reopen the issue.

Now that Surge 0.12.0 has been released, I have tested multiple downloads (with 3 concurrent threads) again and still ran into the 404 issue.

Hey @need-tech-support, we haven't implemented the VerifiedProgress mechanism yet due to the large scope of changes, but v0.12.0 now lets you resume errored tasks directly, so you can try resuming the 404 tasks to see if that helps for now.

I thought this issue was resolved when #579 was closed and I had the impression this was addressed.

In the meantime I will test the resume to see if it works. Thanks.
