Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to fix the broken image links and update the release notes.

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
  • Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
  • Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Approved, @JV0812. I'm not sure why the change to the Global Intelligence release note is included in this ticket, but the change looks good.

@jpipkin1, I think it was a release note that got accidentally formatted as a doc
