It's unclear where to go after running the setup script

When I went through the README, everything worked, but it wasn't clear where to begin as far as implementing an agent. Having a basic chat agent implemented in a robust pattern that we support would be a good place to start, and inserting language into the README to guide the user through changing (and testing) this agent would be good.
