OOM in large monorepo

I tried to run nolyfill in our large monorepo at work, but the program runs out of memory and crashes before it can finish running.

Sadly I can't share the code but I wanted to let you know that this is an issue

The issue is most likely caused by these lines:

nolyfill/packages/tools/cli/src/lockfile/pnpm.ts

Lines 16 to 24 in b9a7bcf

I did manage to work around the issue by using --max-old-space-size:

NODE_OPTIONS="--max-old-space-size=16096" pnpm dlx nolyfill@latest install

It still took 5 minutes to run though 😄

The issue is potentially solved by pnpm/pnpm#7122.

I get OOM even with 32G for max old space
