"Not E" ingredients? You are, of course, aware that E numbers are just labels, not somehow different compounds?
For example, E101 stands for vitamin B2, E300 is vitamin C, E901 is beeswax, E939 is Helium, etc. Those aren't some artificial versions of those compounds, they are different ways to call them.

Edit for a bit of background: Some "health" products proclaim themselves as "free of E numbers."

This is, of course, mostly false. The entire point of E numbers is twofold; firstly a number recognises that the additive has been tested, and secondly the number is designed to cut down on excessive chemical jargon on food labels, standardising such ingredients across the many languages in Europe which don't always use the same chemical nomenclature. But thanks to prejudices formed against E numbers, many food companies have decided to switch back to full chemical names for their ingredients.

Where is the chocolate located? Where are the cocoa beans? Where is the milk? Where is the dough? Where is the flour? Where is everything else? I'm waiting for that. I have told a small part of what is not found. I'd like to see it, and more.

That sounds out of scope for a simple app about E-number additives, I don't think a single one of those even has an assigned E number. I'd recommend the Open Food Facts database, or the Energize app.
