Need some work on the "describe your claim" question #124

  1. Do we need to use the word "claim" in the heading? I think at least one use, that has a definition attached, makes sense, but it's a confusing vocabulary word.
  2. Avoid parenthetical. Date(s) => date or dates. Even better: The date(s) of the event that is the basis of your claim => When the problem that you are suing ${ other_parties.familiar() } about happened. Use a specific date or dates.
  3. Breakdown or calculation: needs an example and possibly rephrasing. How about: "Why you think ${ other_parties.familiar() } owes you ${ claim_amount }. Include specific details and show the math that you used if you need to.
  4. Double or triple damages: this needs to be on a different screen or on the claim amount screen. This doesn't make sense right now.
  5. Reason for your claim: this should be consistent with the heading, if it has the same meaning. Is it completing a sentence? If so, the instructions should say "complete the sentence: ..." and the context given.
