DbContextOptionBuilder has a void method #52
Description
It would be nice to modify this from a void to return type of DbContextOptionBuilder. this will grant the ability to chain the builder.
Making this change will require an alpha release.
once done we can then work on re-building the next release of the SubSonic.Extensions.Test.
