NuGet package?

Any chance you could create a NuGet package for this project?

I'm afraid I don't use this ecosystem. If you could send a pull request adding the appropriate files then we can consider it.

(and from a quick look it appears Nuget is for .NET libraries rather than Javascript ones. Is this wrong?)

It's not just an .NET thing at all.. jQuery, requireJS, knockout and tons more libraries are there in the NuGet repository. I will grant you that it's the most common place NuGet is used though. If I get a chance, I'll try to put a pull request together to create the package, but you would have to login to NuGet.org and register the package there in order for it to be "official" (or at least coming from you and not me)
