BinBlank fill and RecessedTopDepth

Thanks for the workbench, it worked great except for one tiny thing. So I got my box created but I wished I had more control over the depth of the fill in the BinBlank (and equivalent in custom bin using Blank Bin).

The "fill" appears to be right under the stacking lip, and no parameter seemed to change that. The RecessedTopDepth gave me hope, until it failed for the custom and it's tooltip of "height per unit" threw me off.
