Added tip about common practices for defining custom triggers within the Init method and auto-compiling C# code. Added segment specifically explaining nested categories for custom triggers. Added image for nested categories. (taken from Streamerbot#119 ) Rephrased custom trigger explanation and C# code demonstration to be more detailed. Implements Streamerbot#119
