Hello, i would like to suggest an option for exporting the geometry as OBJ.
Mainly used as a reference and basic shape in modeling in Blender,3dsMax etc... There exists an addon that can export whole vmf to blender, but its a roundabout way of doing it.. Would really like to see this option, for example, exporting selected geometry as OBJ.. It speeds up the process...

Blender has plugins like SourceIO and Source Tools that can take a compiled map BSP and use the geometry of that if you want that.

Not really useful in my case, and its the same roundabout way as Plumber... copying from main VMF to a separate one to import into blender.

I usually make the rough shape in hammer and then i work further in blender, by adding details. But since i make a allot of models, it gets really tiring to go the roundabout way. It doesn't have to be OBJ specifically, just a format blender can import easily with 2 clicks.
