USER ISSUE: Ambient Sounds Are Super Quiet On Claimed Land

Steps to Reproduce:
In the rain forest biome, ambient sounds occasionally disappear. Sometimes it will be completely silent.

Expected behavior:
Sounds should be loud like a real rain forest outside.

Actual behavior:
Sounds are always muffled like you are in a house, even when you are outside.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
No mods at all, completely vanilla.

We've looked into it and did find a couple of issues with our sound environmental effects.
Will will investigate and get a fix patched out in future game updates.
