Better website and Better docs

Today, we have docs and a website, that's cool but not sufficient.
I don't have any skill in how to make a good website or how to make good docs.
The docs are fully generated by AI without any skill so humans can struggle navigating them.

Goal:

1. Learn about how the experts make website that make people want to use the tool and keep interest in the project. Check the most valuables online resources, courses, guides from experts/professionals on how to maximize retention and interest over a project (in 2026). Make it a skill.

3. Plan the changes to the website
