Kalaxi

A living canon for human dignity.

Human dignity is the first technical requirement. We store patterns, not people. Every interaction feeds the canon; the person dissolves.

What Is Kalaxi?

Kalaxi is a constitutional framework that embeds ethical constraints directly into computational infrastructure. Instead of optimizing for efficiency, Kalaxi optimizes for dignity preservation — ensuring every interaction respects the agency, legibility, and moral standing of all participants.

At its core is the Dignity Predicate: D = A x L x M. If any dimension reaches zero, the system stops. Dignity is not averaged; it is conserved or violated.

Architecture (Four Tiers)

Tier 1: STONE (Foundation)     — Covenants, dignity predicate, governance

Contributing as a Donor

You are not a user — you are a Donor. What you bring is Rain; the system is the Mycelium.

1. All contributions enter through THRESHOLD.md
2. Seeds wait through thermal delay (7-90 days) before review
3. The steward tends the garden — ratifying, composting, or deferring
4. Ratified seeds join the canon permanently (append-only)
