This program dectects moving objects in front of your computers webcam. It then proceeds to record the time that object entered the web cam frame and when it exists. A green rectangle appears around the moving object when i appears. This appilcation was devloped using python and the openCV libary. It includes concepts such as image and video processing. When the program exits a visual representation of the times when the object entered and exited the frame will be represneted
