- fix map_ariregister: share.exclusiveMinimum/exclusiveMaximum were emitted as booleans (BODS 0.3 semantics); BODS 0.4 defines them as numbers (exclusive percentage bounds). With exact known, inclusive bounds suffice. Verified against openownership/data-standard 0.4.0 relationship-record.json; lib-cove-bods jsonschemavalidate now passes on shareholding statements. - scripts/spike_ee_connectivity.py: connected-graph spike over the local OO gleif_version_0_4 parquet (any jurisdiction via --jurisdiction). - scripts/sweep_estonia.py: staged, resumable builder for the Estonia BODS dataset (GLEIF layer from OO parquet + RIK bulk via map_ariregister), emitting estonia-YYYY-MM-DD.jsonl.gz + manifest + LICENCES. - docs: bundle-archive & graph-tools evaluation note. Targeted tests: 257 passed (ariregister, bods_mapper, correctness matrix, graph integrity, libcovebods, reporting, narrative, senzing, exports). Full suite should run in CI before merge. Branched from spike/bods-ftm-api-match HEAD; cherry-pick or rebase onto main as preferred.
